Ancient City Exhibits
The huge complex of Ancient City hosts an array of important buildings. Most well-known among these is Khao Pra Viharn, a replica of a temple atop a hill on Cambodian border. A reconstructed throne hall from Ayutthaya also attracts visitors' attention. The hall was sacked 200 years ago when Ayutthaya was attacked by the Burmese. The complex also hosts several examples of conventional Thai houses. There is a wooden temple brought from northern Thailand.
Ancient City has several good examples of typical traditional Thai houses. A typical Thai house consists of several single rooms around an elevated platform. The Ancient City is continuously expanding, bringing in more and more structures within it. It currently displays more than 100 replicas.

Walking the entire park in a day would be a tough nut to crack for most people. However, one can hire a bicycle to move around the park. The rental is included in the admission fee. A mini-rail service complete with a guide is also available. However, the instructions given are Thai.
